My financial adviser has informed me that I have to pay Danske Bank fees should I instruct my family lawyer. How efficient are the Danske Bank conveyancing panel solicitors? Once conducted (assuming no problems) it takes about week to get a mortgage offer. Danske Bank will issue the offer to you and your lawyer. The transaction will then take it’s course according the nature and complexity of the conveyancing.
